1. Translating between worlds – I spend a lot of time moving between grassroots communities and global policy spaces. One of my favourite things is making complex climate and finance conversations understandable, useful, and actionable for the people they affect most. 2. Making things happen with limited resources – Years of working in climate spaces as a young person from the Global South have turned resourcefulness into a superpower. If there is a way forward, I usually find it (often with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and a slightly unreasonable amount of optimism). 3. Connecting unlikely dots and people – I seem to have a habit of spotting collaborations before the people involved realise they need each other.
