Inclusive Organizations

November 23, 2017

During the collaboration, we piloted various tools in the field such as in inclusive decision-making, non-hierarchical roles, bottom-up ownership, and free information flow. In particular, we worked to adapt our tools to rural communities with lesser access to resources, knowledge, and information. Our aim is to see ways that these can “democratize” organizations seeking to make change, making them more effective and inclusive, and giving more power, control, and accountability to the diverse stakeholders they engage. We are now in the research phase, exploring other organizations’ models, and will have a pilot online platform with videos and toolkits by the end of the year.
