The education crisis in Punjab stems from a leadership deficit at the school and community levels. Our approach identifies high-potential young changemakers and places them in clusters of government schools for two years. These leaders drive systemic change in rural primary schools by mobilizing local community support, addressing knowledge gaps, facilitating collective problem-solving, and fostering collaboration across the cluster.
